Getting the best smoke waterfall

Backflow smoke flows best in still air – keep the fountain away from fans, AC vents and open windows, light the tip of the cone, let it catch for a few seconds, blow out the flame and place it on top of the burner.

How do I use a backflow smoke fountain?

Light the tip of a backflow cone, blow out the flame once it glows, and place the cone on top of the fountain. The smoke will flow down over the idol.

Why isn't the smoke flowing down?

Backflow smoke needs still air. Move the fountain away from fans, AC vents and windows, and make sure you're using backflow cones (with a hole at the base), not regular cones.

How long do 40 cones last?

That depends on how often you light them – many customers light one or two a day. Refill packs of 50 cones are available whenever you need more.
